Our Mission

We strive to involve prisoners, their families and their supporters in working with attorneys and other advocates to improve prison conditions for those incarcerated and to find alternatives to incarceration for those convicted of crimes. Ultimately, our aim is to drastically reduce the number of adults and children who become entangled in the criminal justice system. Through our personal approach to advocacy and legal representation, we educate prisoners and their supporters about how to play an active role in bringing about the world in which they want to live.
